Every order comes with a beautiful presentation box totally free of charge.
A free finger-size measuring gauge is supplied with the primary order for use to
recheck finger size and for use with further purchases from us.
Bay rings delivery details
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Most items will be delivered within 2-3 working days. An additional allowance of
3 days should be made for personalised items with engraving,
whilst some diamond set platinum rings
can take up to 28 days to deliver. If your order is urgent
and required for a specific date, please contact us.
We will send you an e-mail to inform you of the despatch of your order together
with your unique tracking identifier that can be used at http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/track
in order to track your order through the UK postal system.
In the unlikely event that the goods can not be dispatched within a reasonable
time we will advice you of this by e-mail or telephone. You will than have the opportunity
to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to customers in the UK, most of Europe, USA, Singapore &.New Zealand.
How much do you charge for delivery?
All items delivered in the UK will be FREE of charge. Europe & the rest of the
world a £9.95p surcharge will be added at the checkout.
How will my order be shipped?
For orders dispatched to UK addresses Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service
will deliver all orders with a value of £50 or over and Royal Mail's Recorded
Delivery Service for orders with a value under £50. Orders dispatched to Europe
& the rest of the world Royal Mail’s Air Sure Delivery service will be
used. This will require a signature upon receipt; do not worry if no one is in when
they try to deliver as the courier will leave a note regarding alternative collection
/ delivery arrangement.
Bay Rings will only deliver parcels to the purchasing credit card holder’s
address. Other methods of payment are available for delivery to a different recipient
or different delivery address. However, dispatch will not occur until full payment
or confirmation of cheque clearance is received
We shall be under no liability for any delay in delivery or non-delivery due to
circumstances beyond our control.
If the parcel / product are found to be damaged upon receipt then Royal Mail and
bay rings must be informed without delay and any damaged item(s) returned
