Hi I just wanted to recommend this site. We ordered our rings from Bay Rings on Thursday night (with engraving) and they have turned up this morning!! They were cheaper than the Jewellery Quarter (we spent Thursday morning looking around the shops there) and the rings are the same quality as the Jewellery Quarter. They are brilliant :-). I also emailed them about something on Thursday and they'd emailed back the same day. They seem very good. We've saved about £300! Hi there. We'd just like to offer our feedback on your service, and the ring that we've just bought from you. Order no:... First of all your website and return emails: Clean, easy to view, easy to navigate and very functional (selecting ring sizes and finishes etc) We didn't find an easier and more functional site than yours which does make all the difference when selecting a company to buy from. Your return emails are also comprehensively constructed, easy to view and functional (ie order tracking). Good call. We're impressed. Secondly your service: Nothing short of excellent. You didn't put a foot wrong, bar the postal strike the ring arrived when it should have but, of course, this wasn't your fault. When we ordered our ring you emailed us to advise us that the postal strike was a constraint but you met your promise to despatch it as soon as you could and when we called asking whether we'd need to sign for it the lady at the end of the phone was polite, professional, clear and concise. Your paperwork was also as clear as could be. Free postage. There's nothing to find fault in at all! We're very impressed. Thirdly the product: Excellent. The ring was nicely packaged and the box is great. Also the free ring-sizer was a nice touch. The polished finish was also excellent and in fact better than we had seen in retail shops. That was a nice surprise. The price, of course, was also excellent. This was a nice bonus for us because we bought this ring for well over half the price of retail stores in our area! The ring looks absolutely perfect. We're very impressed. Summary: We're sticklers for good service / business practice and will always complain if a company wrongs us. Bay Rings have certainly impressed us, exceeded our expectations and can certainly expect us to come back again and again. After just one order we feel that we can confidently recommend your company to anybody we know who is looking to buy jewelery and you can be certain that we'll sing your praises while we do. Basically you didn't miss a beat at any stage. Not one single mistake. In fact we're stunned that we received such good service and communication for the price we were paying! I just had to recommend this site for rings because mine came today and I am over the moon. I needed a 2mm wide white gold band to fit my engagement ring but most places start at 3mm and I couldn't find a 2mm one for less than £35. Then I came across Bay Rings and they had one for £27 including delivery! Took 2 days to arrive and was wrapped in the most exquisite box with cream velvet wrap inlay, beatiful bow and a cream and gold tag. My husband has a large ring size which is difficult to get in a two-tone ring and after much searching online I found your company. The facility of the freephone number made my enquiry so much easier, and I was told exactly how to go about requesting the ring I required. Having enquired at several other places (and being quoted about double the price) I decided to place an order with you, although it was expected to take up to 10 days to arrive due to the unusual size.
