If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) You can contact us by telephone on 0800 0430 1390 or by email to returns@bayrings.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause below.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 21 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

1 If within 21 days of ordering you are unhappy with your item/s you may return them to us; all goods returned must be unused and in perfect re-saleable condition (including product packaging, etc) for us to be able to refund any payment. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. You must also include your original order number, with your name and address and a note explaining your reasons for the return.
2 The rights to return the goods to us will not apply to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you, including engraving requests; diamond set; diamond cut or bevelled edged rings.
3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required within 10 days
4 You will be responsible for the item/s until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure despatch method which requires a signature upon delivery, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.
5 During December we appreciate most orders will be for Christmas presents and therefore our normal 21 Days returns policy has been extended. Any orders placed from the 1st of December can still be returned in January, until the 15th, and as long as the item(s) are in an original resalable condition then a refund can be given.
6 If you return an item to us which is faulty, please contact us by telephone on 0800 043 1390 or email at returns@bayrings.co.uk to inform us and we will arrange a refund or replacement. We will also reimburse you the cost of the return postage. All faulty items must be returned to us via Royal Mail Special delivery. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
