You were brilliant when I ordered the ring a size too big and sent the replacement within days. Weddings can be quite a stressful time, dealing with your company was anything but stressful. You were very quick in despatch, kept me informed every step of the way on despatch dates and re-despatch dates and even informed me when you received the ring back from me.... amazing!!
The wedding was so amazing and my engagement and wedding ring compliment each other so beautifully. I get compliments on it all the time how they set each other off and how sparkly they are.

A free finger-size measuring gauge is supplied with the primary order for use to recheck
finger size and for use with further purchases from us.
UK orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days for most items. An additional allowance
of one day should be made for personalised items with engraving, whilst some diamond set
Gold or Platinum rings can take up to 5 extra days to deliver. Please allow extra time for
deliveries outside of the U.K, which are normally sent via Royal Mail Air Sure service. If

In the unlikely event that the goods can not be dispatched within a reasonable time we will

All items delivered in the UK will be FREE of charge. Europe & the rest of the world a
£9.95p surcharge will be added at the checkout.
For orders dispatched to UK addresses Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service will deliver all
orders with a value of £100 or over and Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery Service for
orders with a value under £100. Orders dispatched to Europe & the rest of the world
Royal Mail’s Air Sure Delivery service will be used. All orders will require a signature
upon receipt; do not worry if no one is in when they try to deliver as the courier will
leave a note regarding alternative collection / delivery arrangement.
We shall be under no liability for any delay in delivery or non-delivery due to
circumstances beyond our control.
If the parcel / product are found to be damaged upon receipt then Royal Mail and bay rings
