My partner and I decided to get married at short notice. We literally had 4 weeks from deciding to the actual day.
One of our biggest concerns were the wedding rings. Due to the short notice, we had a very small budget. We searched hi and low for affordable rings that would arrive quickly. All the Hi-Street shops were out of our price range, or had to have the rings we wanted made – resulting in the rings arriving after our big day.
Just as we were beginning to panic and wondering if we would need to use rings from a packet of Haribo, we came across BayRings. I will admit, we were a little uncertain of buying on-line from a company we had never heard of and didn’t seem to have much of an internet presence. But we took the plunge and hoped for the best.
Within days (competitors: weeks-months) the rings arrived and were a perfect fit. We needn’t have worried in the slightest and are an example to other shops on how to take care of it’s customers. Delivery within days is standard – perfect.
Fast-forward a year later and I decide to buy my wife an eternity ring for our 1st anniversary as a surprise, so I can’t ask her what size she is. Customer support (I dealt with Kerry Bak) was superb, checking my previous order and going out of her way to assist. Having experienced other on-line ‘Customer Support’, I can without a doubt say that BayRings really do look after it’s customers. I will certainly continue using them for many years to come.
