You were very quick in despatch, kept me informed every step of the way on despatch dates and re-despatch dates and even informed me when you received the ring back from me.... amazing!! The wedding was so amazing and my engagement and wedding ring compliment each other so beautifully. I get compliments on it all the time how they set each other off and how sparkly they are. I am so truly impressed with your company and your staff, they are wonderful. 01-Nov-2011. Hi Kerry/Bayrings, I just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you for the ring. It came Friday morning, so with plenty of time for our wedding this coming Saturday. It fits perfectly thanks to your ring measurer. I am very impressed with the level of service I received especially from Kerry. Who, when I explained my situation ( my originally rings being stolen) was extremely sympathetic and but also showed efficiency and set clear expectations. She monitored my ring and made sure it would arrive before the wedding. My husband to be, John, is so happy and impressed with the quality of his wedding ring. It has completely made the wedding special and has taken the negative thoughts away that he would not have a ring for our day. So thank you very much and I will recommend you to all my friends.
