I just wanted to write and say how impressed I was with your service. My husband has a large ring size which is difficult to get in a two-tone ring and after much searching online I found your company. The facility of the freephone number made my enquiry so much easier, and I was told exactly how to go about requesting the ring I required. Having enquired at several other places (and being quoted about double the price) I decided to place an order with you, although it was expected to take up to 10 days to arrive due to the unusual size.
TWO days after I placed my order there was a Royal Mail card through my door (unfortunately I was out when it arrived). It was well wrapped and my husband loves it, in fact preferring it to his original (now lost) wedding ring.
