Bay Rings

Dear Sirs I would like to thank you for all your help with our recent order. The goods arrived promptly and were beautifully packaged. Sadly one ring had to be returned and resized but I was assured by your friendly staff that this was not a problem - I received nothing but excellent Customer service. Royal Mail sadly kept us waiting with the re-delivery of the resized ring but I cannot fault Bay Rings at all. I would not hesitate to use your company again. Yours sincerely

You were brilliant when I ordered the ring a size too big and sent the replacement within days. Weddings can be quite a stressful time, dealing with your company was anything but stressful. You were very quick in despatch, kept me informed every step of the way on despatch dates and re-despatch dates and even informed me when you received the ring back from me.... amazing!! The wedding was so amazing and my engagement and wedding ring compliment each other so beautifully. I get compliments on it all the time how they set each other off and how sparkly they are. I am so truly impressed with your company and your staff, they are wonderful. 05-Jan-2012. "Brilliant company" Hi, just want to say thank you very much for your brilliant service. I purchased a ring on here 02/01/12 and was told it would arrive the 06/01/12 but it actually came a day early and when it arrived it was perfect size and perfect quality. You guys saved me £50 on a ring that I've seen else where and was more expensive. Thank you !!!!
