11 Feb 2011 - Just to say the ring was sent so quickly and was exactly what I was after. It was to replace a lost ring, I so wished we had come to you first, this ring is better in every way, price, look, quality. You even managed to engrave it within 3 days! Impressive.

Dear Sirs I would like to thank you for all your help with our recent order. The goods arrived promptly and were beautifully packaged. Sadly one ring had to be returned and resized but I was assured by your friendly staff that this was not a problem - I received nothing but excellent Customer service. Royal Mail sadly kept us waiting with the re-delivery of the resized ring but I cannot fault Bay Rings at all. I would not hesitate to use your company again. Yours sincerely
