I have to confess that I was very nervous about buying gold on the internet but your staff were so reassuring that I went ahead. The service I received was second to none and I really appreciated talking to such knowledgeable people on the phone. The ring arrived so quickly and I know that the exchange I have to make will be sorted with equal efficiency. Thanks again - you made buying the gift such a pleasure.

01-Nov-2011. Hi Kerry/Bayrings, I just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you for the ring. It came Friday morning, so with plenty of time for our wedding this coming Saturday. It fits perfectly thanks to your ring measurer. I am very impressed with the level of service I received especially from Kerry. Who, when I explained my situation ( my originally rings being stolen) was extremely sympathetic and but also showed efficiency and set clear expectations. She monitored my ring and made sure it would arrive before the wedding. My husband to be, John, is so happy and impressed with the quality of his wedding ring.
