Why not get one of our many rings engraved? Engraving your ring is a great way to add a personal touch to mark that special occasion, and have it close at hand for the rest of your life.

What rings can I get engraved?

Most of our rings, if it can be engraved there will be a button under the dropdown list that says "Engraving ", click to enable, enter your message & select the font which we will use to engrave your message. If this does not appear then it means the product is not suitable for engraving.

How long does it take?

It will take up to 5 working days to get your product engraved and despatched from our warehouse. In most cases it should not take this long but you should allow this amount of time if you want the ring to arrive in time for a special occasion.

Where will the message be engraved?

The message will be engraved on the inside of the ring.
If you prefer to have your message engraved on the outside, please contact us with the engraving details and we will give you a quote.

What sort of messages can I have engraved?

You can choose to have whatever message you like as long as it will fit on the ring. Each ring that can be engraved has a maximum 20 character limit.

Can I select fonts or special symbols?

Yes. You will be able to select your font from a dropdown list. Normal, Script or Special script outlined, as follows.

You can also add Heart, Double Heart, Arrow Pierced Heart, or Infinity symbols. To choose a symbol, please order your engraving message & then Contact us to add your special symbols.

How much does it cost?

Our engraving service costs £14.95p.For special symbols there will be an additional £5. – charge for each symbol.

Can I have an engraved item and non-engraved item in the same order?

Yes – But you whole order will be dispatched together so it might take longer, this is because it takes up to 5 working days for engraved items to be despatched.

Can I return or resize engraved rings?

No - you cannot return or resize engraved rings unless the product is faulty and this is stated in our Returns Policy. If you are not sure of your finger size you can request a free ring sizer from us before you make your order.

What if the engraved message on my item is incorrect?

The message that you type during the checkout process is exactly the message that will be engraved so you must ensure that you check what you have typed is correct and does not have any errors.
