Bay Rings

11 July 2011 Good Afternoon, My partner and I decided to get married at short notice. We literally had 4 weeks from deciding to the actual day. One of our biggest concerns were the wedding rings. Due to the short notice, we had a very small budget. We searched hi and low for affordable rings that would arrive quickly. All the Hi-Street shops were out of our price range, or had to have the rings we wanted made – resulting in the rings arriving after our big day. Just as we were beginning to panic and wondering if we would need to use rings from a packet of Haribo, we came across BayRings. I will admit, we were a little uncertain of buying on-line from a company we had never heard of and didn’t seem to have much of an internet presence. But we took the plunge and hoped for the best. Within days (competitors: weeks-months) the rings arrived and were a perfect fit. We needn’t have worried in the slightest and are an example to other shops on how to take care of it’s customers. Delivery within days is standard – perfect. Fast-forward a year later and I decide to buy my wife an eternity ring for our 1st anniversary as a surprise, so I can’t ask her what size she is. Customer support (I dealt with Kerry Bak) was superb, checking my previous order and going out of her way to assist. Having experienced other on-line ‘Customer Support’, I can without a doubt say that BayRings really do look after it’s customers. I will certainly continue using them for many years to come. 30-April-2012 Hello just wanted to write a review for your company.getting married 17/04/2013 Hello shopped around for wedding rings for a while, went into some jewellers and couldn't believe how much they wanted for plain wedding bands I found this website and couldn't believe my luck.Im always worried when i find cheap goods compared to everywhere else, but these rings are fantastic under £300 for both rings, white gold ,9 ct. I received them and i couldn't be happier, they are fantastic, hallmarked, i cant wait to actually start wearing them. delivery was great better than expected. the customer service was fantastic had a email asking if it was ok send them due to the date. cant say a bad word about the whole experience. thank you for making it easy for me. First of all your website and return emails: Clean, easy to view, easy to navigate and very functional (selecting ring sizes and finishes etc) We didn't find an easier and more functional site than yours which does make all the difference when selecting a company to buy from. Your return emails are also comprehensively constructed, easy to view and functional (ie order tracking). Good call. We're impressed. Secondly your service: Nothing short of excellent. You didn't put a foot wrong, bar the postal strike the ring arrived when it should have but, of course, this wasn't your fault. When we ordered our ring you emailed us to advise us that the postal strike was a constraint but you met your promise to despatch it as soon as you could and when we called asking whether we'd need to sign for it the lady at the end of the phone was polite, professional, clear and concise. Your paperwork was also as clear as could be. Free postage. There's nothing to find fault in at all! We're very impressed. Thirdly the product: Excellent. The ring was nicely packaged and the box is great. Also the free ring-sizer was a nice touch. The polished finish was also excellent and in fact better than we had seen in retail shops. That was a nice surprise. The price, of course, was also excellent. This was a nice bonus for us because we bought this ring for well over half the price of retail stores in our area! The ring looks absolutely perfect. We're very impressed. Summary: We're sticklers for good service / business practice and will always complain if a company wrongs us. Bay Rings have certainly impressed us, exceeded our expectations and can certainly expect us to come back again and again. After just one order we feel that we can confidently recommend your company to anybody we know who is looking to buy jewelery and you can be certain that we'll sing your praises while we do. Basically you didn't miss a beat at any stage. Not one single mistake. In fact we're stunned that we received such good service and communication for the price we were paying!
